Help me and I will help you. We are human beings and we should love and care for all people. I'm working on a project to create a community of people focused on learning about love and spreading love to all human beings. Please feel free to talk to me and ask me anything. I am on Facebook, Gmail, Google+, and Twitter. I will occasionally post in the mobile section of Craigslist as well under rants and raves.

Whitney Thompson

No one has ever accused Whitney Thompson of having undersized ambitions.

The 22-year-old Florida native smashed through television barriers when she won season 10 of “America’s Next Top Model” - the first plus-sized model to do so.

Now Thompson is trying to help American women feel…

Delphine Fieberg
A while back, at the entrance of a gym, there was a picture of a very thin and beautiful woman. The caption was “This summer, do you want to be a mermaid or a whale?”

The story goes, a woman (of clothing size unknown) answered the following way:

“Dear people, whales are always surrounded by friends (dolphins, seals, curious humans), they are sexually active and raise their children with great tenderness.
They entertain like crazy with dolphins and eat lots of prawns. They swim all day and travel to fantastic places like Patagonia, the Barents Sea or the coral reefs of Polynesia.
They sing incredibly well and sometimes even are on cds. They are impressive and dearly loved animals, which everyone defend and admires.

Mermaids do not exist.

But if they existed, they would line up to see a psychologist because of a problem of split personality: woman or fish?
They would have no sex life and could not bear children.
Yes, they would be lovely, but lonely and sad.
And, who wants a girl that smells like fish by his side?

Without a doubt, I’d rather be a whale.

At a time when the media tells us that only thin is beautiful, I prefer to eat ice cream with my kids, to have dinner with my husband, to eat and drink and have fun with my friends.

I love the way I look. Yeah I’m a big girl, but that doesn’t make me anything less than gorgeous.

Accept the challenge and Post one thing you love about yourself.

I love that I care. My family and friends are my life and I’m proud to say I would do anything to keep them safe. I love how much I love them. Some people aren’t loved enough, but I refuse to let anyone I know feel like they are unloved.

I don’t think I need to add anything.

I don't know where or how I'm supposed to say this, but I think your blog is wonderful. I think you're wonderful. There's nothing more in the world I love more than someone who is genuinely empathetic and understanding of other people. You try so hard to help others, but I'm relieved that you try not to forget to help yourself first. That's what a lot of people that are like you do. I hope when you say you are okay, you're not pretending. Well, I really hope you're more than just okay. Sincerely, tiniestdaffodil

Hello and thank you! I mean it when I say I am okay, and I am fine letting people know that I haven’t been okay in the last few months, but I am getting back to my normal self as of the last few weeks. Therapy helped me out of a lot of recent troubles and I am excited to be back online and able to help others as best I can =]

hey Sincerely, anonymous-hurting

Hi there! I have all your messages saying hi, and I want to thank you for checking in so often! I really appreciate it. I am officially back online now, and hopefully I can keep up with this blog now. =]

Just wanted to let you know that you are wonderful, amazing, awesome, and a beautiful person. Sincerely, wreckedinaseaoflove

Hello and thank you! It’s nice to hear this after not being on this blog for so long. I really do care about other people and I want people to know that not everyone is perfect. I don’t think people realize it’s okay to not be okay. Because I am a total train wreck, but I am trying to push past all my trouble and move on, and I want to help other people see that they can do so as well

You guys literally have me in TEARS!

I am so sorry for the inactivity on this. I had a terrible, terrible breakdown, and it got to the point that my family was so scared for me they had to disconnect me from everything. I am slowly getting back into the real world and I had been putting off logging into all of this for a while because it had been so long and I figured people would have forgotten about it, but I have over 60 messages and some of them are just so beautiful. I will respond soon and I will be much more active as time allows.

hey havent talked to you in a while Sincerely, anonymous-hurting

i’ve had a hectic few days.
